Changing shipping address also changes billing? [FEC]
Running 1.38a+security+FEC.
Going through checkout, if you change the shipping address and then go to change the billing address ... the address that was selected/added for the shipping address is the address selected for the billing address (although the current bill-to address properly shows at the top of the form).
What's the rationale for this?
