Cant access site and Admin pg has error msg

Hello, I have 1.3.7 and for some reason when trying access my site it says.

Sorry, There seems to be a problem connecting to our database. Please give us a few minutes to remedy the problem. Thanks you.

And then my admin page says.

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[select * from project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Anybody know what happened? I never touched anything. I need to get my site up and running again...

Check your site to see if you have been hacked ... and/or if the index.php has been damaged ...

I figured it out... I had trouble accessing my control panel for my website/host so I asked for help from my host. Well they reset my password and it all started from there. When they reset my password I had to go into my configure.php files and change the password on them. so now its all good... God they made me mad I have been goofing with this for 2 days....

Oh and I have all the bugs and fixes done prior to this...
