UPS shipping problem, it is combining different products into same box

I used the quick-install app through GoDaddy. Everything else on the site seems to be working great.
Problem:
Product A: weight 4 lbs.
Product B: weight 5 lbs.
If a customer orders both products at the same time, UPS (the module that I have installed) makes the order:
1 box; 9 lbs.
I need it to be:
2 boxes; Box1: 4 lbs. Box2: 5lbs.
I have many products with different weights that cannot go into the same box. My weights range from 4 lbs all the way up to 56 lbs.
Under Configuration - Shipping/Packaging I have the "Maximum package weight you will ship" set to 60 since my highest weighted item is 56.
How can I make sure Zen-Cart makes each product go into it's own box instead of simply adding the weights?? Thank you.
