Available shipping methods text change

Currently on my shipping i have at the top available shipping methods which is ok, under this i have Per item ( Best Way ) and Zone Rates ( Shipping to GB ) is it possible to change the text under the methods to read 1. Worldwide Shipping and 2. Free UK posting I would be grateful for some advice. :hug:
