Group Pricing - Need to omit Shipping

I have 3 different group pricing levels and need to omit it from the ups shipping module. I cannot find where to change this.

Anyway to turn group pricing off for shipping but keep it for the product price only?

If you go to admin->modules->order total->group discounts and set include shipping to false, do this do what you want?
