Price decimal setting

Hi! Need help
May i know where to set the price decimal point?

Because each time when i adding new product and put in the
Products Price (Net): for example $4.50 it will set to $5 after i submitted the product.

What do you have as your default currency in admin>localization>currencies? How many decimal places does it have?
