Fatal Error class 'notifier' not found

I moved two sites from one host account to another. After changing the two config files to the correct path, one of the
sites is up and running fine. The other gives me the following:

Fatal error: Class 'notifier' not found in /home4/garbplu1/public_html/garbplus/includes/autoload_func.php on line 79

I checked the code on the site that was running and the scripting on both sites is identical. BlueHost cant help me because they say it is a zencart issue.

I have no clue how to fix this or where to look. Searched the forums to no avail. Please help.

Lots of people viewing but no one responding. Someone please help. I believe this is prob something simple but I see no choice but to reload zencart at this point. All I am trying to do is move the site and all its files. What went wrong?
