Links in IE open small window?

Hi
On my individual product pages I want to have a link that opens a new window to a sizing chart.

I used the link option and the new window_blank option in the pull down. Links work fine in FF. But in IE they open a new window but its small? how can i make it load it full screen like FF does???

thanks
Jim
