HELP need to determine page layout, LEFT, CENTER, RIGHT

HI all master of zen

I am trying to add new sidebox and its below the left,center and right column, I wanted to display a full block below that 3columns,

I am wondering can we do that? I am trying to make my favorite products and in a row with 5products, and current zencart index page is displaying new, featured with 3rows and 3columns

I wanted to be one row with 5columns, can someone please help me?

and I wonder can we add a new function positioning so that admin can easily move sidebox to left, center, right, or bottom center and so on?

What do you want this new "box" to display... ?

What will its content be?

(Accurate answer is important, because there may be a way of getting what you want by clicking a switch or two in the Admin Console)

And where must the data for these products come from? The database? Or is it like a BANNER, where you create the banner to look like a row of 5 products?

Will these products be displayed STATICALLY, or will new products load up each time the page refreshes?

Will these be products that are particular to a CATEGORY, or is it a RANDOM display?

What product DETAILS will be displayed? Price? Product Name? Model Number? Weight? Description? ... ???

If you want DETAILS, how will these be laid out? Below each other? next to each other? As a Table? ...???

As I said... LOTS of detail is required. There are possibly 5 different ways to "show products" in the manner you want - but I don't want to give you the most difficult method.

Yes the data will come from database, list of 5products in a row. Only show images, names, details and add to cart button. It will be only 5 products and random.

the layout bar is below the left, center and right, a div that i have in mind.

Help to DO this is likely to be something people charge money for, as it requires time and expertise.

But if you look at the code that drives centerboxes like NEW PRODUCTS and FEATURED PRODUCTS, you may see ideas on how to create code that does the same thing.

I believe (for you) right now, the easiest solution is to create BANNERS, and have them display under the footer.
