Fedex Automated Shipping Labels and Zebra label printer
We have the Fedex Automated Shipping Labels by Numinix installed, which allows for quick automatic filling of the FedEx labels. It works great. Recently we got the Zebra ZP500 label printer. Unfortunately, the module prints them either too small at 64dpi setting or too large at 96dpi. The small ones are not always scanned by Fedex , the large ones just do not fit into the 4x6 label. Numinix does not have direct experience with the printer; they offered to create a custom version of the module with finely adjustable print resolution. Before we go that route, I am trying to find out if anybody else run into this problem, and if there a workaround, not involving the custom software design?
