Recently upgraded from 1.36->1.38/1.38a.

However, the issue did not come up until we upgraded.

Problem:
At or about 80M, files over 80M fail. Under that, no problem.

Settings:
Cache is set to 500M
Timeout is set to 20h ( I know, rediculously high but I wanted it out of the equation).
Set to streaming

On a windows server
PHP 5.12
MySQL 5.0.18

Am I missing a config setting? It sure seems like it.

Oh, and a weird aside, it has been tested in Firefox, IE, Chrome, Opera and Opera works while the others fail.
