Create an Account Success page shows up blank

I tried replacing the files and nothing seems to be working.

I noticed that the create account success page works when I type it in manually, but for whatever reason the create account page is not redirecting it correctly. When you create an account it redirects you to the same address and shows up as a blank page. If you reload it shows that you are now logged in.

I'm so confused- please help :(

Page it should be redirecting to
https://kittybabylove.com/wholesale/index.php?main_page=create_account_success

Issue Resolved:

I had customized my header.php in one file
includes/languges/english/MY_TEMPLATE/header.php

but did not update it in
includes/languages/english/header.php
