Unsure About Certain Terms

Hello,

When adding a product, the following comes up:

Product is Call for Price: Yes No
Product Priced by Attributes: etc.

What do the above two mean?

Sorry, please bare with me, I am new to this.

Product is Call for Price
Yes - no price is displayed but instead an image saying "call for price"
No - price will be shown

Product Priced by Attributes
Some products have what are called Attributes. Shoes for example can be a product but can have Attributes such as: Size, Colour, etc. If not familiar with using Attributes then best to leave it for now and study up on it. Use the FAQ link top of this page, for more info.

I get it. Okay so with the call for price. Is yes meaning you can pay what you want?

No, it means the customer has to contact you to receive or negotiate a price.

Oh okay. I still don't seem to be able to add a price, I don't see where it is on the page. The only thing I see is the tax part. If i have to add a price I have to go to another page. is there a screenshot of where it is? Confusing.

Can you provide a screen shot of the page where you're trying to add a price? It should be right there, but you may have a corrupted file.

To add onto this, in net, I entered 10.99 which automatically did the same in gross.

But when I go to the products listing in admin cp etc. it's changed itself to 5.53

I didn't do a sale did I? : s
