Where is product information stored?

Heya Forum!

I installed & configured my Zen Cart Shop on my desktop PC, and now I want to move it to my notebook. Which file(s) store(s) my categories and products info? I'd hate to set them all up again...

I found this answer:
Use phpMyAdmin and browse the table (your prefix_)products_description and (your prefix_).

Could someone elaborate on this? I am a bit of a retard.

They are stored in the database (products, products_descriptions and categories basically). You will need something like phpmyadmin to Export them from your site and again to add them to your laptop.
