Product Sort Order only sorts Alphabetically, not by the order assigned.
Please help! I want the products within my categories to display based on the sort order number I've assigned to each product, and not alphabetically.
My settings are:
In Configuration - Product Listing - Display Product Listing Default Sort Order, I have it set to blank, because I have read this way the products will sort according to the sort order number assigned within each product listing.
There is another setting in Categories/Product Display Order that is set to: Products Sort Order, Products Name.
Yet, all the products still display alphabetically. Can someone please help? Ive searched the boards and internet for an answer but when I try it just does not work for me.
