Can someone help me PLEASE been trying for three days

I sell Zencart sites that are preloaded with my graphics, my question is if I took one of my stores and made a backup on CPANEL could I then take this store as a template with the products and attributes loaded and use it on other url's I know I probably cant do this but thought i would ask as it would save me alot of time

Yes you can do that. You'll have to backup the database and Zen Cart separately. There's info on doing those things in the Tutorials/FAQ. You might want to start with https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=99

Had a couple of questions please

3- Simply take all the files the way they are and upload them to your new host. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE "zc_install" folder.

On the files so I just copy and zip and install all the files under the Public_html onto the new server

Also I am not sure where to locate the zc_install folder this was installed via cpanel should I have done a manuel installation

You can do it without the zc_install, but you'll have to edit some of the information yourself.

6- Using phpMyAdmin, restore your old site's database into the new database you created in step 4.

I am not familiar with My PHP Admin how do I replace the database I think I saved the old right it is called local host sql do I just click on the import section and import the file

Just change the database name (use something like digiscrazc1) in the CREATE DATABASE statement. You will need to make this change in your includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php

Ok did just what you said I went in and created a new database and then changed the info in the configure files in both locations now how do I upload the database from the old site to replace the database I just created it said to do it the themyphpadmin and I am afraid I anew to this so I don't want to screw anything up

I saw that was how to export the database files but how do I input the new database files

What i did was change the txt file I had with the new database name and tried to click on the input and got this error code

You're attempting to import data into tables that already contain data ... thus you're violating the database's rules that enforce prevention of duplicate entries.

If you want to import a full database, you need to delete all the records in the existing tables. Ideally one uses a the DROP command first and imports full table STRUCTURE and DATA as part of the import process.

Ok in a nut shell I sell Zencart sites preloaded with 300 graphics each graphics has an attribute so people can download the graphics after checkout! I was wanting to use an old database so that the zencart is installed and products uploaded automatically making the process ALOT faster! I was using the following tutorial
