Which SSL Certificate should I purchase for My Site?

Hi There

Just about to a new SSL Certificate for security on my site operating from Australia. I have 3 options from my server host.

Standard Deluxe & Premium.

Standard $45 (up to 5 domains $65)
• Domain-Only Validation
• Issued within minutes
• View Site Seal

Deluxe $107 ($214 for 5 domains)
• High-Assurance Certificate
• Company (or Individual) Validation
• Can be issued within 2-4 hours
• View Site Seal

Premium $215
• Extended Validation for U.S.-based
Businesses
• New Green Address Bar
• View Site Seal

I use Paypal or direct deposit as my main payment method.
Is there any real need to get the more expensive ones?

Any thoughts Appreciated

There's no need to go for the more expensive options.

Wow, those prices are very cheap! I just paid $200 for my renewal through Geotrust :(

I agree, there is no need to go for the more expensive, I had "premium" and I just downgraded to "regular". I don't think it makes any difference at all, as long as you have the SSL.

I have my site hosted through Activate Domains. They have really looked after me awesomely so am more than happy to reccommend them. activatedomains.com
