Credit card security for international customers
I am setting up a site specifically for international sales based out of Australia. Are there any ways of securely taking credit card orders? By securely I mean being able to verify the card holders address and ship only to there address or other similar means of minimizing fraud. It seems so far I have found that the merchants here in Australia cannot confirm addresses while the USA merchants can. Paypal website payments pro is not an option as they wont do Australian sellers yet.
Is it possible to use a USA based merchant for an Australian business?
Currently paypal is my only payment option but I would like to be able to take credit cards as well.
