Sideboxes disappear

Hi Guys

I am new to Zen Cart, and have started to amend the css sheets, when I have uploaded the template the sideboxes disappear. All I have changed is header information and a background colour.

Does anybody know why the sideboxes would disappear.

if you install new template you need to reset your sideboxes from within admin > Tools > sidebox controller .
