Admin Login page timeout

Hello

I installed ZenCart via Dreamhost's One Click panel option. I received and followed the instructions in the email the Dreamhost install bot gave me without incident until.....

I got to the section:
"Go to ADMIN > CONFIGURATION > SESSIONS > RECREATE SESSIONS... set this to FALSE.
(Otherwise users will not be able to log in to your store!)"

I did not see a folder listed in the ftp called CONFIGURATION under the admin folder. It then occurred to me, that it probably meant ADMIN as in, login to the admin section of the website via http://www.mysite.com/mydatabase/admin/.

When I attempt to go there, it times out. I am able to go to the store link and the docs link without issue.

I read and attempted to debug this issue as if it was a "blank page" as seems to be mentioned a lot on this site. Upon downloading and installing the debug file and visiting the admin site multiple times, no log was created. Yes, I made sure my cache was writable.

Any help resolving this issue would be appreciated.
