Getting this error about 50% of the time on the super orders page. The last two customers orders wrer duplicated and one triplicates. Had to cancel credit card orders. I think this is a memory problem but i usually get an alert of some type.

Like the "Similar Threads" listed below, you're running into an out-of-memory situation in your PHP configuration. You'll need to get your hosting company to increase your PHP allowed_memory limit.

I tried doubling the memory from 32 to 64 and still having problems. Now upon checkout getting error when trying to complete sale Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport.
