HELP - Table 'C251393_zencart.products' doesn't exist

Hi, guys, I set up shop to have all I need, now only to insert products.

Products are virtual, and when add *. zip file for downloading and choose the product in the cart, instead to go on the next page in cart I get the message:

Table 'C251393_zencart.products' doesn't exist

BIG PROBLEM, HELP I do not know what to do do :no:

In mySQL I have the Таble: zen_products :frusty:

I have in MySql DB
C251393_zencart

end have table
zen_products

When I installed ZC I could to set up a virtual product that was a month ago, and now I can not!!
I get the message that we missing
Table 'C251393_zencart.products' doesn't exist

Table: zen_products

Is it posible thet dot (.) not a (_) is the problem :blush:

What is happening is that your database table for Products is called:
zen_products

But the code is referencing it as:
products

You need to check if the code or your database tables are in error ...

Do all of your tables start with:
zen_

If you look at the two configure.php files on the server:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

are the Prefixes defined with:
define('DB_PREFIX', '');

or are they defined with:
define('DB_PREFIX', 'zen_');

or something else?

define('DB_PREFIX', 'zen_');

That error message is referencing the tables without the prefix ...

Can you edit the Product?

Or do you get errors in the Admin too?

I can access to Zen Cart Admin.

I don't get errors in the Admin too.

I only get mesage errors when in shop wants to bay download product.

You have this product setup as a music product ... is there a reason?

What happens if you add another Product as Product General ... does it work?

When setup as a music product I get thet mesage:
Table 'C251393_zencart.products' doesn't exist

When I setup as a Product General - when in shop get in thet product I geting mesage in small windows: Error: Das xajax Javascript file konnte nicht includiert werden. Vieleicht ist die URL falsch?

End when I want to bay I get the same mesage:
Table 'C251393_zencart.products' doesn't exist

I really am not sure what is your precise problem with this ...

It could be the code or the database tables or something else ...

Without sitting down and going through all of your code and your database tables I cannot tell what is wrong with your site from what you are describing ...

I would really post something in the Commercial Help Wanted as this can be a very time consuming issue to resolve and it is too difficult to guess at on the forum ...

I simple delete contribution: attributes_modelnumbers_0-1BETA

End now I can sell virtual product :D
