ZenCart to PayPal Sandbox configuration

Using Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8 - NEW install, no upgrade, no addons.
I see NOTHING in the FAQ about ZC to PayPal Sandbox configuration.
Nothing started, can NOT get properly configured becasue the doc. does NOT inform what to put where?!?!?
Attempting to set up;
PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard

Business ID: What PP value do I use here?
PDT Token (Payment Data Transfer): What PP value do I use here?

I am attempting to set up a PayPal SANDBOX Test Account with the ZenCart.

PayPal SandBox gave me:

Test Account
Test Account: ps-sel_12XXXXXX43_biz@<domain>
API Username: ps-sel_12XXXXXX43_biz_api1.<domain>
API Password: 12XXXXXX53
Signature: A0XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXDg..f
Only download a certificate if really necessary. In most cases, you can use an API Signature.

I see no place to set up the proper URL links to PayPal in ZenCart nor the proper IPN return links in PP Sandbox back to ZenCart.

Help?!?!?!?!

For Payments Standard, use your primary PayPal email address for the Business ID.
If you have PDT enabled, enter the token PayPal gives you in that field.

If you're using Express Checkout, then enter the API details where shown in the Express Checkout settings.

If you have your module set to Sandbox mode, then ALL the settings must be those from your sandbox account. If you change it to Live mode, then ALL your settings must be changed in your modules to use the Live account details instead.
