Page blank after adding product

It worked before I added a new personal template per instructions. Now when I click on a category (Dinner) that I added a product to I get a blank page.

You will notice the breakfast and lunch links works under categories and I added one product to the dinner category and if you click that you now get a blank page.

Does anybody know what might be the issue, I already spent a few hours on it and maybe this is a better way.

Get the Debug Tool from the Free Software Add Ons ... you have an error being triggered on Categories with 1 product ...

You should be able to find the issue with the Debug Tool in the error logs that it will generate ...

I tried the debug tool but did not get any results. I followed the instructions carefully.

I deleted the 3 categories I had because I only had one product so far that was not working in the dinner category.

Then I reset everything via the admin/tools/store manager feature then added back my 3 categories and added back my one product to the dinner category and it still does not work.

Check that your /cache is 777 and be sure to refresh it in FTP to see the new files ...

I already did those two steps previously and it showed no new files, Thank you very much

Just tried it again. I uploaded via cuteftp and tried binary mode this time instead of auto and changed /cart/cache folder permissions to 777 from 755. I went through my site with firefox and internet explorer and went to the blank page under the dinner category where I added one product. Then I refreshed cute ftp and looked in the cache folder and there is no error log file.

Okay I tried the strict error reporting instructions instead and now I get these errors below. Would you happen to know how to fix them? I made a template called "mytemplate", uploaded it and enabled it.
