European Customers Address Match problem with Credit Crad payment

European Customers Address Match problem with Credit Crad payment

I have heard from 2 customers today that they get an AVS error when trying to pay by credit card because of the address field. Can anyone tell me what I need to configure to be sure that their address conventions work within checkout?

It is authorize.net aim that is the problem but only for these two, everyone else seems to be getting through fine.

I believe you need to adjust the AVS settings in your AuthNet Control Panel.

I have it set so it doesn't require any address info at all.
Weird.
