Order Status Email showing internal IP instead of URL

Hi Everyone - I have searched for this answer on the forum, but I haven't been able to find the answer. I am hoping one of you can point me in the right direction.

When a customer gets their Order confirmation e-mail, it reads,

Detailed Invoice: (and the proper URL is listed)

When a customer gets any other Order updates (I am specifically concerned with the "Shipped"), it reads,

Detailed Invoice: Our company's Internal IP address of the server

Any help would be appreciated. I would be happy to change the internal IP to the url OR just delete that portion (The Detailed Invoice Link) of the e-mail completely.

It's using the HTTP_SERVER and HTTPS_SERVER settings from your configure.php files.
