UPS XML Issues

I've installed the UPS XML shipping module and it keep getting a cURL error in the log and I have no idea what it means:

Error from cURL: Error [77]: error setting certificate verify locations:
CAfile: /usr/local/share/curl/curl-ca-bundle.crt
CApath: none

Do I need a cert? Is there anyways around this?

You have already posted the SAME thing twice elsewhere on the forum.

Duplicate-posting of the same matter all over the forum is heavily frowned upon because it creates unfinished discussions, confusion for others looking for answers in the future, and double-work for the moderators and the volunteers who answer the questions.

In the future, please refrain from posting the same matter repeatedly in multiple sections of the forum.
