Unable to add start time and end time to specials

Hi, I have looked throughout the FAQ's and previous posts for this issue but hopefully someone has a remedy.

I cant seem to add a start or end time to my specials or salemaker. Image below is what is visible to me.

I am using firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'd have to add a bunch of code to do this; it's not built in. Only date is supported.

Oh, I see. OK, two questions:
a) Have you turned off javascript in your browser?
b) Are you using an up to date browser?

Yes, i have javascript enabled and am using firefox 3.5.5

Is there a way to set the date of zencart? I am thinking maybe that will enable it somehow.
