remove weight from shipping process

I am using the Royal Mail shipping module and offer free shipping on everything to the UK with upgrade shipping options and single rate for all international orders.

Any option other than FREE SHIPPING displays the weight as 0.00kg even though I have added the weight of each item into each listing

I would like to remove the weight being displayed on the checkout process as I believe it looks unprofessional with this error.

Can anyone suggest how I remove the weight from being displayed during the checkout process?
