Add disclaimer to account creation?

Hi,
I would like to add on the account creation page at the top a disclaimer saying "We do not ship outside the UK". Is they a quick way to do this or does it have to be added to the .php files.

You can edit this to say what you want:
includes/languages/english/create_account.php
