Installing Header in HTML with a jpg. Logo.

I have the script from my existing site and want to incorporate it on my Zen Cart test site. Can it be done. I did one using the sylesheet.css but only incorporated the jpg. logo the balance of the header on my site includes html to include a color extension, my cart pic as well as my search bar.
What's the easiest way to do this.

My Html script called header2.html. I want to change the zen cart logo with mine. although I have a logo jpg file on my server my header is extended with an html file calling for blue.css to be centered and shopping cart and cart picture along with my search bar align to the left.
Can I use this script on my Zencart site, If so what would be the easiest way.
