Just installed Zen Cart - admin page is missing CSS

I just installed zencart, but when I go to the admin page, it looks like it's missing the stylesheet. It's not actually missing, but it looks like it is. Since I haven't done anything but go through the install process yet, I'm sure other people have run into the same issue. So, how do I fix it?

So, either the stylesheet files didn't upload properly/completely, or something is blocking access to them.

hmmm... renaming my .htaccess files had no effect. I'll try re uploading the .CSS file for the admin page when I get home from work to see what happens. In the meantime, any other suggestions?

It might be worth pointing out again that this is only occurring on the admin page, the rest of the shop looks fine.

fixed it. I had the wrong permissions on the admin/includes folder
