How to include category name on Customer Order?

Thanks to this forum I have got ZenCart up and running rather nicely. One thing just came up and I wondered if there is a solution to this. When ordering products, the categories or sub-category names are NOT included on the order form, just the product name.
Some products have the same name but under a different category which can be rather long.

I thought the category names would be included on orders, but it appears not so. Short of re-naming each product and adding the category name to each one (looks funky on the product page) is there a way to include the category name of a product on the order form and subsequent emails generated.
