2 questions

I have been having problems getting into the admin area and need to show this to a customer tomorrow. I will work on the admin problem tomorrow afterwards.

1> How do I add a template to the site?

2> Is there any way I can add categories, products, and change what comes up on the index page only. I only need to show stuff on the index page for tomorrow.

Can someone please answer these two questions.

Dont take this too serious, be to be honest with you, you should sell anything to any customers related to Zencart when you have no idea. When you cannot answer this simple questions, ket someone else do the job and focus on things that you know. Maybe refer your customer to the forum and ask them to find out themselves or get more professional help.

Its the same as you want to be a mechanic and you ask in a forum how to open the hood of the car because you want to repair a car tomorrow. Doesnt work.

In order to do the things you list, you HAVE to be able to get into the admin.

I have used Zen Cart alot and have several that I designed as websites for customer, since I installed the new XAMPP I have been having problems getting into the admin even with the fix that is out.

Currently I have been making my changes via the database while waiting to hear from some one, so I do know how to use it just having problems with and usually this is so ease.

I have not used it since the beginning of the year and needed it again.
