Footer Banner with 3 hyper links on one image

Hi,
I have 3 businneses with adverts in the footer, as one image.

I'd like to have each of them point to their own website.
How would I go about having 3 hyperlinks on the one image?

I've done it on the emails I send, all from one image, but not sure how to here for the website...

Thanks!
