Credit Card Payment Refund Help

I am new to Zen Cart and I got an order via Credit Card and couldnt collect it properly so I need to refund it. How do I do this?

There is no built-in functionality to do a credit card refund from Zen Cart. You have to do the refund from your credit card merchant interface.

Also, after you have done the refund, there will be no reflection of the refund in Zen Cart, so you may want to edit the order to add some comments about the refund for future reference.

Well I used the Credit Card Module, which is stupid. I dont know how to collect the money from the credit card orders with this module.

The offline Credit Card module must be used with an existing Merchant Account and a manual input system.
