No Coupon in Welcome Email

I would like to stop sending first order discount coupons in the Welcome Email. I've already got several hundred out so I can't simply delete the coupon.

How do I find and delete that section from the welcome email? When I open the email template, i am not able to edit it.

I think if you go to Admin - Configuration - GV Coupons, you can set the 'New Signup' options to none and turn that off. Your existing coupons should still work.
