PLEASE Help me. What does"Access is Denied" mean?

As of last night I get an "Access Denied" error message when I try to add something to a shopping cart.

all it says is"Access Denied"

Is this a authorization issue?

Or could it be a million things?:censored:

Could be a million things. Especially since the only occurrence of "Access Denied" in Zen Cart v1.3.8a is part of a specific error message which actually says this: 'Error: Access denied.' ... and is only triggered when attempting to login to the store and the account has been banned. It would not trigger merely by clicking a button to add something to the cart.

Did you perhaps Password Protect any directories on your server using your host cpanel HTACCESS and HTPASSWD features?
