FCKeditor 2.6, can upload but not browse

I have used previous versions of FCKeditor without much problem, but my issue right now is this:

I can upload images to the server with FCKeditor. I edited the config.php file to allow this, and the uploads go to the folder I designated. But when I try to Browse the Server, I get a really long URL and page not found error.

Here's an example of the URL I get when I try to "Browse Server":

http://mysite.com/subfolder/editors/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/browser/default/browser.html?Type=Image&Connector=http%3A%2F%2Fmysite.com%2Fsubfolder%2Feditors%2Ffckeditor%2Feditor%2Ffilemanager%2Fconnectors%2Fphp%2Fconnector.php

This ZenCart site is currently inside a folder, and not at the root level. I thought that may be why, but I don't know what to change.

Still looking... if anyone knows, please let me know. If this was answered elsewhere and I missed it, I am sorry.
