How to Link Categories?

I have all my main categories each with their own sub-categories, I need to make links from one sub-category to another sub-category which is under a different main category heading. How can I achieve this please.

Example:-

XYZ Manufacturer
Kits
Spares

Aircraft Kits
XYZ Kits
ABC Kits
123 Kits

For example I need to link from sub-cat "XYZ Kits" to sub-cat "Kits" under the ZXY Main catergory.

You can put an HTML link in the category description of each subcat pointing to the other.
There is not a way to make those subcats intrinsically connected.
