Physical path is incorrect?

I am trying to install zen cart v1.3.8a on a Linux server. When I get to the screen that wants physical path and URL, etc., it detects the path as /home/[sitename]/public_html which is where it is installed. However when I "Save System Settings" it says the physical path is incorrect. Suggestions?

The path itself looks correct, so I'm going to suggest that when you uploaded the files they didn't all get uploaded.

There should be a file called "index.php" in the folder specified by this path.

Re: Physical path is incorrect?

Thank you, thank you! I was thinking I'd have to re-upload the whole product. I had renamed index.php so that I could show another page while in the midst of installing Zen Cart. I renamed it and the installation went through.
