funny problem with MS explorer and russian language

Hi

I am experiencing a very strange problem with zencart and russian.
I have an e-shop in 5 languages and only in russian with IE8 this problem occurs.The site looks totally different (very ugly). Also in chrome and safari it screws up the menu.Opera and firefox display fine.
