Minimum FIRST TIME order fee
I am also trying to set a minimum order amount for first orders only using a clean install of version 1.39h. I realize this is a very old thread but is there an update if this solution works? My php skills are not great, so I didn't know what it meant to put the if statement above the case, etc. Thanks for any help!
