"cannot display the webpage" after agreeing to license

I have just installed the latest version of Zen Cart on a Windows machine running Apache 2.2 on port 8080 because I have another site running on IIS port 80. I also have the latest versions of PHP and MySQL. I receive a "cannot display webpage" in IE after I accept the license. The URL is http://.../zc_install/index.php?main_page=license.

I have taken great care to follow all the steps and have given permissions to all the files and folders stated in the documentation. I am new to WAMP, but have been managing sites in IIS for years. I feel like this is either a quick fix, or a minor oversight on my part.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to edit your zencart config files to include the port number.

eg: instead of: http://example.com/ change it to http://example.com:8080/

This will need to be done anywhere you find a "http" reference.

Cheers
