Export invoice totals to .csv file for Excel use

Hi,
this is a support/announcement thread that I have updated an old contribution which exports a list of invoices to screen and optionally to a csv file.
There are other contributions more advanced than this but I chose to revise this one as it is fairly straightforward to both understand and modify the one file to get the fields you (or your accountant) want.

v2.1 is in transit at the moment.

In response to a pm about adding more fields for export, I would say just add one field first and get that to work first.

In the single file that does all the work in this mod, there are some commented-out sections that refer to tax_id (a custom field of mine), these can be used as a template for adding your own fields.
