10445 - This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

Recieved a Paypal Express Checkout Error email when someone is processing an order had a number to go with it (10445). Email: 10445 - This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

Any help with this?

Unfortunately, PayPal's documentation gives no additional explanation of that error message.
Best to log the problem with PayPal directly, at https://www.paypal.com/mts

The message is coming from PayPal, so it would seem like the problem is on their end, not yours.
