Deleting fields from Billing Info page

I'm on v1.3.8a and my client just saw the Billing Info page for the first time and thinks it's too long. Wants things like the Date of Birth area eliminated. Is that something I can do in the admin or do I have to tweak the PHP scripts?

If you don't want to show the DOB field, turn it off in Admin->Configuration->Customer Details
