I mess up
Hi I'm runing Zen Cart v1.3.7/v1.3.7
I installed the Optional Required Shipping Insurance v3.13 and could not get it to work so I deleted the two files that it told me to. The only two files that I added to my site, but I also installed the international_zone.sql file and now I get and error when I go to check out. Here is the error

I deleted the two files but dont know where to uninstall the sql file. Everything else works fine just check out is mess up any help would be Thankful.
