Blank page after uploading pic to admin

Hi Sir
Today I try to upload t pic in my zencart adim .But when i log in the admin and try to upload a photo it suddenly down and all my web turn in blank page.

I try to download the Debug Error Logging Utility try to see what problem in PHP. but it dosn't work .

Blank pages issues are normally related to a bad upload of some file
Check the similar threads at the bottom of this post for corrections - files may vary but the root cause in normally the same

Let me try . Just now I contact the hosting it ask me to do following
But nothing help . I will try to see the following two relate thread. and try . thanks indeed.

"Looks like your permissions are set to high on those files. You will need to lower the permissions to at most 755, you cannot have 777 files accessed by a browser"
