How to get my shop online?

Hi,

I just finished to upload all my items and customize it to fit my needs.
Now my next step is, the backup, which is running in my background!

I have a question how do I move my files, so my clients can see my shop? And which files?
I am with godaddy and right now the files are here:

html
.hcc.thumbs
php_uploads
pub
stats
zencard <--- right here

So it says that I can do this:

If you could not set the Session Write Directory in step 1 above, you can use a utility to do it for you. The goal is to make sure that the new path information (specifically the DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE setting in your new configure.php file) matches the Session Write Directory setting.

Does that mean I can move everything into the main root and change it right after, of do I need to do this before?
